Bilboquet

Simple in appearance but bursting with personality, Bilboquet is an adjustable table lamp that directs light playfully yet precisely in any direction.

Taking its cue from magnetic ball joints, Bilboquet offers a full range of movement for a variety of functions. Whether used as a task light on a desk, to provide a soft glow against a wall, or to illuminate a good book, Bilboquet shines light where it is needed.

The playful side of Bilboquet was central to the choice of a three-colour palette – sage, tomato and linen – which defines not only the body of the lamp but also the cable and plug, resulting in a strong monochromatic aesthetic.

Body is made of a special pigmented polycarbonate deriving from a by-product of paper production rather than from petroleum. The cable can be adjusted and locked in place through a special slit in the base of the lamp. The product has been designed according to the ISCC standards and it is assembled with total absence of glued components so that it can be completely separated for future recyclability.
