The 3D design gives the chair a comfortable seat and a sense of lightness as all edged are pointing away from its user. In this way, the chair explores the contrast between soft and hard. Since its launch in 2003, the GUBI Chair has won several design awards and is included in the permanent exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York. -
