Nemo Lighting, a brand founded in Milan in 1993 by Franco Cassina, has its roots in the history of innovation that has always inspired Italian design. Nemo creates "The Masters" collection, a unique selection of lamps designed by 20th century masters such as Le Corbusier, Charlotte Perriand, Vico Magistretti, Franco Albini and Kazuhide Takahama. In 2020, Nemo acquires the historic Turin-based company ILTI Luce, which is engaged in the research and development of innovative architectural lighting design solutions in the museum, retail and outdoor sectors.
Development is also accelerating with the acquisition of a majority stake in Reggiani Illuminazione, a historic architectural lighting company founded in Brianza in 1957. The company is increasing its design business with further expansion potential and acquiring an internationally recognized portfolio of competencies in the key high-end retail segment.
Today, Nemo Lighting, headquartered in Milan and with branches in France and the United States, has a distribution network in over 40 countries.
